Access and usage

You may create an account only through your own valid Mortic device authorization. Your account is bound to the first Google or GitHub provider you choose. Do not share device credentials or attempt to bypass account, model-usage, routing, privacy, or provider restrictions.

Managed model usage is limited and shown as a percentage remaining. Mortic may pause new signups when account or model capacity is full. Additional usage is granted manually at Mortic's discretion; payment is not handled by this service.

Preview reliability

The service may change, pause, or fail and is provided without a production availability commitment. You remain responsible for reviewing model output before relying on it or applying changes to software, systems, or data.

Mortic may disable an account or Mac to protect the preview, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse. Existing generated work on your Mac remains yours.

Providers and privacy

Model and voice traffic goes directly from your Mac to the approved external providers, whose terms also apply. Mortic does not collect prompts, model responses, transcripts, or audio as product telemetry. The full data-flow and retention boundaries are in the privacy notice.
